⚠️ Warning: This Action is Permanent

Once you delete your account, it cannot be undone.

The following will be deleted:

Your account and profile information
All avatars you created
Conversation history
Payment information (except records required by law)
Subscriber list and analytics
All personal data associated with your account

Before You Delete

💡 Consider These Options First

If you're experiencing issues with KIRIKAT, we may be able to help:

Temporarily deactivate: Pause your account for 30 days (in Settings)
Change payment method: Update billing information
Pause subscriptions: Stop specific subscriptions without deleting
Contact support: Email support@kirikat.com for assistance

What Happens to Your Data

Immediate Deletion

The following are deleted immediately upon your request:

Account profile and login credentials
Avatar data and training information
Conversation logs and chat history
Subscriber analytics and metrics
Personal preferences and settings

Retained Data (Legal Requirements)

Due to legal and financial obligations, the following may be retained:

Payment records: 7 years (tax/accounting compliance)
Transaction logs: 2 years (fraud prevention)
Legal holds: If requested by law enforcement

All personal identifiers are removed from retained data.

Creator Avatars

⚠️ Important for Creators

If you are a creator with active subscribers:

Your avatar will become inactive. Subscribers will be notified and offered a refund. If you want to transfer your avatar to another creator, please contact support@kirikat.com before deletion.

How to Delete Your Account

Confirm you understand the consequences
Check the "I understand" checkbox
Click "Permanently Delete My Account"
You'll receive a confirmation email
Click the link in the email to confirm deletion (within 24 hours)
Your account will be deleted within 30 days
